I would appreciate a general lessening in tensions. If you feel worked up over scribble, or are deliberately harrassing people, try taking a break. If anyone has a suggestion about how to improve things that doesn't involve banning or other forms of fascism, I'm listening.

Tom,
I just saw a game end when there could not possibly have been 6 votes to end the game (as 1st described in that nasty thread below):
game 1 had 5 or 6 plays and was being played, suddenly was a brand new board, there were only 3 people playing (2 of which were webbies) and I know I didn't vote to quit, even though it wasn't off to a great start.
I have no idea who ended it, but someone's figured out how to get around the 6 votes to end a game in the regular boards.
Short of increasing the number of votes to quit (please, no!), anything that can be done? |

IS there nothing you can do to stop this webbie from harassing me on the boards? I have repeatedly told him/her that I am NOT the 'proxy' they speak of. I have also given in to their demand that I sign my plays in order to play without being harassed but it doesn't stop. Why can't I play in peace just because I am an AOL player? |

Of course I realize there are other AOL players. That was never an issue.
You taking offense to what was said to some other players actions--must be assumed you're that player.
You sure are being defensive for not being "that" player.
