Rules

Wow. It seems that no matter where I go there exist people who exhibit control freak tendencies. I just participated to have a little fun, unaware that the "Rules" did not allow double answers.

So sorry to have irretrievably broken the sacred rules.

See you at the DMV, or maybe the IRS?
Making 2 or more plays in a row in Scribble
[56541] by "alpha" (netcache-3001.bay.webtv.net)   on Fri 21 Apr 2006 23:51:17     reply ]
Scribble instructions clearly state "you are not allowed to make two words in a row" and yet more players are doing just that -- and more. A couple of games tonight were taken over by aol player Bart, and Helen from webtv has been doing it for some time, along with EZLei and others.

Please stop taking over games or making more than one play in a row.

If you want to play a solo game, get out your Scrabble board and play with yourself all you want.

to 17.1% at some point today.

Mike, you predicted it would take us till about August to hit 18% -- since it took almost a month for us to go from 17% to 17.1% (we hit 17% on 3/26), do you want to revise that prediction to a later date?

Tom, archived games problem

I just tried to open the last few archived games and while they (the addresses? whatever the number is called) change color like I've opened them, they don't open - I click on them and they change to pink, but that's it.
Apologies to Alpha

I'm sorry, Alpha. Your remark about "wasting two premium letters" just got me at a weak moment and I left you a snippy message in another game. You are a very good player. I'm not, but I am trying. We all have our weak moments and I just read your message during one of mine. Please accept my apology.

tx to those that played Scribble today - there were some really good games, scores 950 and higher (into the 1200+), for a change. I was in and out all afternoon, but it was like old times, before the all the kids showed up to play.
