As I was attempting to play the final "E" in game five tonight, this message kept popping up. Can you tell me what it means anyone?

scribble archives not working

Hi Tom,

The archived games for today (07/10/05) starting with and after 10.15.04.12-933.html show 0k and don't open.  I was going to check some game ends, otherwise I might not have seen this.

Thanks.
SICO Archives

Tom,

Additional SICO archives are needed for the rest of 2005.

If it's possible, they should be created by the program when it finds one is needed.  Barring that, why don't you create a year's worth in January?

I'm not sure how valuable the current archive structure is.  Keeping all games forever hardly seems necessary.  I will occasionally use the archive to look at a game which rolled off the Recently Completed Games list before I had a chance to see it, but I have no interest in games played in 2001.  Even if I was interested, there is no easy way of finding a game in the archives.

i have to go to bed so i didn't want to ask this in a game cause i wouldn't see reply... but you wrote this and i don't know what it means... maybe i'm just tired.  here it is...

Is anyone playing tonight? Games show to be idle and I cannot get into any of the games. Is anyone else having a problem?

Come on back and play. If someone says mean things then just don't read the chat. We were all new at one time and we all learned to play in a way that was fun for us. See you on the game boards.
