Is there ay way you could add to scribble the two blanks like in scrabble or is this too hard to achieve. I noticed the board is not exactly like the scrabble one. I guess this was done because of copyright laws. |

Figures that my computer would crash the day I leave for spring break. Either the Elves or my roommate has rebooted it for me, apparently. I had planned on getting some stuff done over this break relating to snoot but it's too late now! ;)
Sorry for the unavailability folks! I'll be next to the computer until approximately December next year, so it shouldn't happen again. =) |

Other Games? |

Now taking suggestions for other games/toys which might work well in the snoot style! Here are some guidelines to consider:
- There's no reason to duplicate something you can get elsewhere on the web or on your desktop. A key component should be your interaction with other internet users.
- The game should be as noncompetitive as possible. Think "working together to make something cool" rather than the traditional bord game ethic.
- It should be possible to learn the rules very quickly (or it should be a familiar enough game that many people would know them already)
- Perhaps at odds with the last guideline, individual moves should be satisfying to the user. Checkers wouldn't be that great, because it just isn't that fun to play one move. Chess and Scribble work better since they both have a lot of thinking for each move.
- The game should work well on the web (Jenga or 3D chess would be bad).
Think of word and board games you played as kids; stuff like that.
Any suggestions? |

I think it would be cool if you could have an area for competitive play in Scribble. It could fun, and would be very easy to do...
Each person plays in turn, has their own set of letters, and their own score.
They'd have to be in the game from the start though... |

How do we get rid of a ended game when last letter won't play, like the q or z.
Game just sets there and won't put a new game up no matter how many times I jump in on it. Had one end tonight for some reason with a q that wouldn't play.Said game over and snoot come up...Don't know how it though..Just another question to answer. At this time there's 3 dead puzzles on the site. Thanks Judi |

I know this doesn't belong here, but I'm lazy dammit. Anyway, I just decided to look up fonts.tom7.com and all I found was Raisin in the Sun ("Let me go on, Like a raisin in the Sun. Let me go on. Big hands you know you're the one."). What's happened? Is this the same crap that happened to snoot.com? Will there be a fonts.tom7.org? I'll check on that after I'm done writing this. Oh, and I want a tomfont tshirt. Please bring one to recitation.
